Engineering, Design, Procurement & Construction (EDPC)

Introduction:  EDPC is a business unit of PCT, which uses the expertise and experience gained by us in our Engineering & Construction unit, General Trading, Logistics, and Software (Banking and Financial Solutions) units for delivering Engineering, Design, Procurement, and Construction services to our clients either on the part basis or turnkey basis.

Product: 3-D modeling, P&IDs, Equipment &piping Design, Engineering drawings, Procurement of engineering Equipment and material and their logistics, maintenance, safety procedures, and training of manpower.

Services: The main objective of this unit is to provide complete EDPC services to our clients, while using the most advanced Engineering and design software available in the relevant for Plant design and management system and its related modules, other software like  ANSYS , Solid Edge,  Auto-Cad, AVEVA  etc. with supported Hardware, which can generate the 3-d models of any process plant, its P&IDs (Piping and instrumentation diagrams), Equipment & piping design, Engineering drawings, beforehand, so that errors in Design /construction / fabrication & manufacturing can be avoided and project completion time can be minimized down to almost 30%.

We also offer training the Engineers of our clients in using this advanced software in our Labs dedicated for this purpose and help them to develop maintenance procedures, help in the diagnostic of maintenance problems of the plant on site and in our 3-D plant model in our Labs.
